5. Account Security & User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your login credentials, account numbers, PIN numbers, and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) codes. Capital One Bank will never ask for your private PIN or password via unencrypted email or telephone messages. Notify our fraud desk immediately if you suspect unauthorized account access.
